Crudo o Cocinado

Olive ridley sea turtle eggs can be eaten raw crudo or cooked cocinado. When eaten raw they can be slurped back with a special sauce made from limon, chile sauce and tomate sauce better known as ketchup. It can be cooked like an omlette with parsely and salt.
